Bridget Booker serves as President of the U.S. Minority Contractors Association (USMCA) – Central Illinois Chapter and is the founder of Reign Construction LLC, a design‑build firm committed to delivering resilient, high‑quality projects for churches, community facilities, housing, and public infrastructure. Guided by a vision of opportunity, equity, and generational legacy, Bridget focuses on opening doors for minority, women, and veteran‑owned contractors to compete—and win—in federal, state, and municipal markets.

Bridget has led Reign Construction through complex engagements and is driving a comprehensive safety and compliance framework that aligns OSHA standards with practical field execution. She is actively establishing apprenticeship pathways and bid‑readiness support so small firms can build capacity, meet documentation requirements, and confidently pursue prime and subcontracting opportunities.

Complementing her construction leadership, Bridget is developing Reign Wear, an innovation effort in safety and workwear—so more can thrive in the trades with dignity and protection.
